Many customers are looking for Adhoc IT Servicing, however, when there is no contract agreement with vendor, manpower assignment is always not a priority to customer without contract.

ASD see that some customer will only require IT Service or to do an Adhoc Maintenance when required. As such, from as low as only S$20.00, you can have a Peace of Mind when you know you can call ASD when you needed IT support.

All Service Credits are valid for a period of 2 years and you get assured support when you have Service Credit with us.

Service Credits can be used on Desktop, Server and Network issues, Services Credit are also capped at a maximum of 4 hours call so you do not have to worry when some of the repair works require a longer time.
